Disney – Get Directions

I was part of the team that designed and launched the first Wayfinding feature for Disney World on the iOS and Android mobile app. This feature gives guests turn-by-turn walking directions and details on available transportation while at the park.

My Role

I was an interaction designer working with a team of two other designers, a user researcher, a product manager, four engineers, two QA, a copywriter.

I was responsible for several aspects of the new feature, working closely with a lead interaction designer. I created a high-fidelity prototype in Framer for an in-park usability study.

The Launch

The app launched in July of 2016. Check out the post from the Disney Parks blog.
